The Dance

The Dance (of the Golden Bow) is the Golden Rule in Motion, an ancient yoga movement which invites the marriage of opposites and Unity Consciousness into our experience. The Dance offers you the pathway to release fear and experience life without traumatic intrusions. Only then can we “treat others the way we wish to be treated“.

The Dance was filmed at Lathrop State Park in Southern Colorado in 2009, created with the expertise and spiritual support of Geri Hearne, an award-winning news producer, reporter and writer at NBC, ABC, FOX and Tribune Broadcasting.
