The Dance

The Dance (of the Golden Bow) is the Golden Rule in Motion, an ancient yoga movement which invites the marriage of opposites and Unity Consciousness into our experience.

The Dance was created with the expertise and spiritual support of Geri Hearne of Joy Media. It was filmed at Lathrop State Park in Southern Colorado in 2009.
