I’m not a Christian.  I am the Spirit of the Christ, within you now healing you. Can you feel me bring peace to your being, your thoughts, your feelings, your emotions, every cell in your body?

Lynn: Yes, everything within me is relaxing deeply. 

Jesus: I AM THE CHRIST. AS I AM YOU CAN BE. The One Heart of the Christ does not resist. It accepts.  It accepts absolutely everything.  And therein lives NO FEAR. Resistance polarizes and separates you from your essence and the inclusion of the other.  The Heart of you is Unconditional Love but you live in Ego. Life on Earth tests who you really are. Every time you react in an unloving way, you gauge how that makes you feel. It gives you the ability to prefer. Every time you prefer to act in a loving manner you create Christ Consciousness. Stand in your Love. It is you. Don’t run from it. Sink into the depths of our Heart. Our peace breathes you from these depths. Reside here within the One Heart. For here, you can rest and heal in the Christ currents of our Love.

Sydney Lynn: Ever since around October 2023 my nervous system has become increasingly dysregulated: paresthesias, pain have plagued me day and night. Last night, the Christ Spirit brought me immense relief and peace wherein I could finally sleep. For those intertwined in convoluted family relationships as I am or other draining relationships, know that this peace is there within you. Ask for the healing of the Christ Spirit. As we shift into the inner realms of the Heart we can leave the aches and pains of a dying, bipolar world behind. The Shift is happening within us. And as we breathe the Christ Spirit into the world, it will change before our eyes. Namaste.
