sit quietly breathing in this stream of Life up through

the soles of your feet into your Root Chakra

and simply notice who is along for the ride

climbing the kundalini elevator of your spine.

 Notice your Higher Self, Guides and Angels illuminating

each Chakra as they climb out of the embrace of the Earth Mother

and ascend slowly, every so gracefully up to the Crown of your head.

On the out-breath feel them emerge through the Newborn’s soft spot to

highlight your Aura, protecting your Star Essence, expanding it to

only allow the Heartipathy of Source Love to seal the Divine into your experience.

Now, notice ever so gently any painful or sore spots in your body.

What color and temperature are these isolated and orphaned energies?

Now, allow your Higher Self, Guides, and Angels to descend into these areas.

What healing colors do they bring to permeate and dissolve these

clogged energy vortexes hiding in your cells?

Let their colors and symphonies dissipate

completely these angry snarls of mis-ease.

Feel these clusters of anti-life transform into

shining orbs of newborn stars

rebirthing your being.
